Garrett’s Story

For over 20 years, music has been at the heart of my life. What started as teaching myself guitar grew into a lifelong journey of learning, performing, and connecting with others through music. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to study with incredible mentors like Denis Azabagic and Julian Gray at the Peabody Conservatory, and to perform in beautiful, historic venues across Maryland and Virginia, including the Peabody Library, William Paca House, Glenview Mansion, and more.

More than anything, I believe music is meant to serve others. Whether I’m bringing comfort and joy to older adults, helping create a meaningful atmosphere for a wedding, provide upbeat entertainment at an event, or encouraging someone to find their own voice on the guitar, I want every performance to feel personal, uplifting, and sincere. My hope is always to bring people together and leave them a little brighter than before.
