A Structured Yet Exciting Curriculum
Learning an instrument requires consistent practice, discipline, and a structured lesson plan. That’s why I use a song-based teaching approach, featuring real rock and popular hit songs. This keeps students motivated to practice with music they love.
By learning through songs, students naturally apply music theory and technical concepts in a hands-on way, reinforcing new skills and accelerating progress. Weekly lessons ensure steady improvement while providing support for any challenges along the way.

As a graduate of the Peabody Conservatory at Johns Hopkins University, I understand what it takes to excel as a musician. With years of experience in both personal study and teaching across all levels and styles, I am committed to helping students reach their full potential.
Lesson Options
At-home lessons are currently unavailable, but an in-person teaching location will be available in early 2025. In the meantime, online lessons via Zoom offer a fully interactive experience with multiple camera angles and high-quality audio—bringing all the benefits of in-person lessons to the comfort of your home or office.

~Experiencing a plateau in your progress is common, especially among self taught musicians. I can get you out of the rut and back on the path of rapid progress by introducing proven concepts, perspectives, techniques, and practice routines that will bring back the joy of playing an instrument at greater levels.
Do you want to massively improve your playing in the next 90 days?
~We will set weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals to track your progress. Being able to measure your progress plays an important role in knowing what to practice, and how.
Lesson packages range from $200-$360/month
Policies: Under 18 policy: If the student is under 18 years old, it is my policy that an adult be present at the lesson location for the entire lesson duration.
